Thank you Trace! I don't have it all together at all... And sometimes I feel so behind Because I know I have much to heal and much to do.... But I'm trying and I guess that is what counts! You did remind me..... I'm cleaning with no music!!! I have to change that because my family doesn't even clean up like that lol

Yes things are everywhere in the living room. I am eventually going to pull this carpet up.... But it's really having stuff everywhere. I went from living in a house to living in an apartment. Feeling like everything is cluttered drives me up a wall . I'll give your suggestion a try today. I really want to do better this year. My mood is better when my space is clean. Thank you!
